As part of the M&A activities, we are pleased to inform about an historical bearings distributor who is on sale in Northern Italy. This company has more than 60 years of activity in the sector, with a turnover of 3.5 million Euros in 2019 and an active customers data base of about 160 names. The company distributes two European brands and has been selling its own brand name bearings over the last 20 years.
